Well, Gage is 3 years old, and he has quite an imagination! I love listening to him play with his toys in his room or in the bathtub. He says things from books and songs he hears around the house and at school.
Here are some of the many sayings from this wonderful and always thinking 3 year old:
We were driving by a "Joe's Crab Shack" that had an orange slide on its property, well Gage wanted to go play on the orange slide...I told him that you have to eat fish at that restaurant..."I not eat fish, birds eat fish!" I told him, yes, birds eat fish like on Nemo, and he says, "yea, and on Dinosaur Train."
Whenever he doesn't want to eat something, Gage says, "I not eat that, it disustin'." Then spits a raspberry and acts like he's gagging.
He likes to quote the phrase from Jack and the Beanstalk..."Fe, Fi, Fo, Fum; I want something to eat!"
He sings Mary had a Little Lamb, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, Jingle Bells, Rudolph, and any song sung on the radio by the group, Sugarland.
Whenever I ask him to do something, or not do something, then start counting; he starts to count with me and get to five before I do so he can tell me to go to timeout.
