Hard Worker

Every time we go to any store, especially Target or Walmart, Gage wants to go look at the toys...but he also thinks because we are out to buy stuff, that he should get a toy. Most of the time, we tell him that he has to work for it, and we get home, he does his list of chores and he gets the toy that day. Well, now that he's getting older, he can understand that you need to really work hard for what you want, and that it takes more than one day to get everything. So, he got a list of chores in which he had to complete each day for seven days. He earned a dollar a day, and earned his toy. He was so happy to do his chores and circle a dollar each day, and loved how each day meant he was one dollar closer to having his toy. He is such a hard worker, never complained about having to do any of his chores, he just did them with a smile and was happy. What a great boy!!
